Please prepare the following documents before starting your application. All four are required to submit your enrollment.
Issued by your previous school.
Original or certified true copy.
Recent photo, white background.
Your official report card/grades.
Your general average must be at least 85.00, with no subject below 75.00, to be automatically approved. Applications that don't meet this are reviewed by the registrar instead of being rejected outright.
